The buzz around Vancouver right now is all about the Opening Ceremonies tomorrow, February 12th at 6pm PST. Those that went to the dress rehearsal are calling it “amazing”! Expected performers are Sarah Mclaughlin, Bryan Adams, Nelly Furtado and we’ve seen the Great One himself, Wayne Gretzky, close to the event site. 60,000 people at BC Place will attend the event and the rest of the world will be watching!

Molson Candian Hockey House at Concord Place
Be right beside the action, at Concord Place to watch the opening ceremonies. Molson Canadian Hockey house has tickets starting at $99 with live entertainment, food and drink (visit the Concord Place Website for directions since most of the roads leading to the venue are shut.
Live City Vancouver
Live City Downtown and Live City Yaletown – both FREE Olympic sites – will be showing the opening ceremonies on giant screens for Olympic Fans.

At the corner of Robson and Beatty, Bell’s 3,000 square foot temporary building will be showing the Opening Ceremonies on their giant plasma tvs.
O Zone in Richmond
Watch the opening ceremonies on a big screen at Richmond’s Olympic Venue (the largest Olympic Venue at 60 acres!) Fireworks will follow the opening ceremonies and follow up with djs, drink and dancing at the Heineken Holland House also on site.
