Vancouver Bars

The Alibi Room in Gastown describes itself as a “modern tavern” which is… quite perfect. The Alibi Room has 19 beers on tap, long wooden tables and exposed brick tavern-esque qualities but it’s a little “cooler” than that. Many of the after work Gastown folks grab a big group of friends and a long table to enjoy dinner and drinks. Through, being a popular bar in Vancouver on a Friday after work, it’s sometimes hard to find spots to sit and a waitress. Downstairs, there’s more of a lounge and dance area for the people though, most nights the party shuts down early and those who want to keep partying venture on to other bars in Gastown.
