Checkers is the hotel restaurant and bar attached to the Best Western at the end of Davie Street a block away from Denman in English Bay. During the day, it serves up big breakfasts, burgers and other traditional American food with 60s photos and decor on the walls. At night, Checkers is dedicated to live entertainment and Karaoke most nights for travelers and local west end residents.
