Commercial Drive
Commercial Drive has historically been Vancouver’s “Little Italy” but today it’s a mix of everything. Vancouver loves Commercial Drive for dinning out but with a tun of bars and boutique shops. Really, Commercial drive is a great destination day or night.
What stands out to me about Commercial Drive is it’s strong community. Inside Commercial Drive bars most nights you’ll find a bar with local residents (mostly hippies, arty types and students).
Commercial Drive bars usually provide some kind of live entertainment during the week – local bands, poetry readings, stand-up comedy, etc.
